Better Friday

Fun day today. Eric's brother Andrew, Grandma Rusnack (my mom) and his math teacher, Ms. DeFelice came to visit. When they arrived, Eric was in the middle of PT/OT and he sat out of bed in a chair for 50 minutes. During that time, he exercised, ate yogurt, and beat Andrew at a game of checkers. At afternoon OT/PT, again he sat in the chair and they played with a beachball. Then they started to play Connect Four, but Eric tuckered out quicker for the afternoon session. He'll beat the therapist next time.

Blessings to all of you on this Good Friday. I will be attending Tennebrae services shortly and will be praying for a joyous celebration of the Holy Resurrection Day for you and all of your family this weekend. Hope all continues to go well. Thank you, Lord, for the wonderful progress Eric is making and for the loving, support from all who are making this journey with him. In your Holy Name, we raise our hearts and prayers of thanksgiving for your continued blessings on the Dilmore family. In your name we raise our songs of joy and Alleluia's of praise. Willa

Great to hear the progress Eric is making. He seems to be getting stronger as the days pass. Prayers are definitely being answered. Prayer warriors make a mighty force. I look forward to hearing about the progress he is making. I'm glad you are able to get a little exercise if only walking. Happy Easter to all of you. You are especially in my prayers this weekend as we celebrate the Risen Christ.

Love, bev

Thoughts and prayers of "all y'all" on this Easter weekend.
Glad to hear Eric is coming along so well; Andrew's visits are no doubt a dose of medicine - he and Andrew must miss each other!
Lovely sunshine here today. We ran aroung the Hiland campus this morning with 18 mo old Nadia, hunting for eggs.
May the good Lord bless and heal Eric.
Happy Easter!
Love
