The boys were busy today. Andrew (center left, second from bottom) marched with Sam Houston High's Pride and Spirit Band in the annual Lake Charles Christmas parade. Eric, dressed scarily as the Beast (from Beauty and the Beast) spent the day with his theater group doing "character dining" -- think Disney World without the castle.

Great photos. That's a great-looking marching band. I like the uniforms. Cool gloves, or cuffs, or whatever those things are.
It's hard to believe that's Eric under all that lion makeup. Did he have to behave like the Beast while eating his meal?
We had about 1/4 inch of snow, still around in some shady spots.

Eric looks awesome in that lion costume! I would have never guessed that was him. And the guys in the marching band look very handsome in their uniforms!
